Tuition & Fees

At Tribe Dance Center, we are committed to providing high-quality dance education in a positive and inclusive environment. We aim to make tuition and performance costs clear and manageable for families.

    • Annual Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable $25 registration fee is required per student at the time of enrollment.

    • Costume Fee (Recreational Program Only): Each recreational class performing in the recital requires a costume. The costume fee is $80 per class, paid in two installments:

      • $40 due in October

      • $40 due in November

      • Students registering after these dates may be required to pay the full costume fee at registration, pending availability and ordering deadlines.

  • Tuition is based on the number of weekly classes taken per student. Discounts are built in as more classes are added:

    Unlimited $220/month

  • Tuition is automatically charged on the 7th of each month using the card on file. This makes the process quick and convenient for families. Please ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid interruptions.

    • A $20 late fee will be applied to any tuition not received by the 20th of the month.

    • Families with unpaid tuition beyond 30 days may have their dancer(s) temporarily suspended from class until the account is brought current.

    • If you wish to withdraw from a class, written notice via email is required before the 1st of the upcoming month to avoid being charged for that month’s tuition.

    • No refunds or credits are issued for partial months, missed classes, or mid-month withdrawals.

    • Recital and costume fees are non-refundable once processed, even if a student withdraws.

  • Recital Fee: A non-refundable $120 recital fee per student is due in late April. This fee helps cover production costs such as venue rental, lighting, and staffing.

    • All recreational classes, unless specified as non-performing or training-based, will perform one routine in our annual recital.

    • If a dancer is enrolled in a recital class but cannot participate in the show, recital and costume fees still apply, due to advance planning and ordering.

    • Recital Performance: Tribe Dance Center hosts one recital show at 2:00 PM in early June. Final date and details will be confirmed at the start of each season.
