Tuition & Fees
At Tribe Dance Center, we are committed to providing high-quality dance education in a positive and inclusive environment. We aim to make tuition and performance costs clear and manageable for families.
-
Annual Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable $25 registration fee is required per student at the time of enrollment.
Costume Fees (Recreational Program Only): Each recreational class participating in the recital requires one costume. Estimated costume costs begin at approximately $80 per class, with two costume deposits collected during the fall:
$40 due in October
$40 due in November
Any remaining costume balance will be invoiced in February.
Students registering after costume orders have been placed may be required to pay the full estimated costume cost at registration, subject to costume availability and ordering deadlines.
-
Tuition is based on the number of weekly classes taken per student. Discounts are built in as more classes are added:
Weekly Classes Monthly Tuition
:45min Class $60/month
1hr Class $80/month
2 Classes $110/month
3 Classes $150/month
4 Classes $185/month

Tuition is automatically charged on the 7th of each month using the card on file. Please ensure your payment method remains current to avoid declined payments or interruptions to your account.
Families wishing to pay by cash, check, or money order may do so if payment is received by the studio before the 7thto avoid automatic processing.
-
A $20 late fee will be applied to any tuition balance remaining unpaid after the 20th of the month.
Returned or declined payments are subject to a $35 returned payment fee, in addition to any applicable late fees.
Accounts remaining past due for 30 days or more may result in the dancer's participation in classes and studio activities being temporarily suspended until the account is brought current.
-
o withdraw from a class, written notice via email must be received by the 1st of the month to avoid responsibility for the following month's tuition.
Notice received after the 1st will result in responsibility for the following month's tuition.
Verbal notice, text messages, or simply discontinuing attendance do not constitute withdrawal.
No refunds or credits are issued for partial months, individual absences, or unused classes.
Families remain responsible for any outstanding charges or fees already incurred, including costumes that have already been ordered and applicable recital fees.
Costume deposits and annual tuition payments are non-refundable.
-
A non-refundable $120 recital fee per student is due in late April. This fee is separate from costume fees and helps cover recital production expenses, including venue rental, lighting, staffing, and other event-related costs.
All Recreational classes, unless specifically designated as non-performing or training-based, will perform one routine in Tribe Dance Center's annual recital.
Once recital planning and production commitments have been made, the recital fee remains non-refundable, regardless of a dancer's participation. Costume fees for costumes already ordered also remain the family's responsibility.
Tribe Dance Center hosts one annual recital performance at 2:00 PM in early June. The official recital date and additional details will be provided at the beginning of each season.
