Forward rolls, straddle rolls, and bridges
Pre-cartwheel and handstand prep
Strength & flexibility foundations (splits, back/shoulder mobility)

Acro Level 2 – Skill Development
Dancers in Level 2 begin applying strength and flexibility to more dynamic movement:
Cartwheels (left and right), bridge recoveries, handstands
Progressions for kickovers and backbends
Core conditioning and leg/hip flexibility drills
Prepping for partner and group acro work
This level bridges basic skills with intermediate control and balance challenges.
Acro Level 3 – Intermediate Acro
This level introduces more challenging skills with greater strength and control:
Back and front walkovers
Handstand to bridge, aerial prep drills
Strong emphasis on clean technique, transitions, and combinations
Advanced strength, shoulder, and hamstring flexibility work
Students begin applying acro skills in short sequences and choreography.
Acro Level 4 – Advanced Acro
Dancers at this level show strong body control, flexibility, and technique:
Side aerials, back handsprings (with spotting)
Advanced balance skills (chest stands, headstands, elbow stands)
Partner and group skills with precision and timing
Linking skills together into fluid, performance-ready combos
