1

A dancer’s End-of-Year Award
A Recital T-shirt
A Digital Download of the entire recital

Why are there two shows this year?
2
This year, we have chosen to divide our recital into two separate performances to create a more positive and manageable experience for both our dancers and families.
Our younger dancers (Combo and Tiny Tribe) will perform in an earlier, shorter show so they are not required to stay for the full length of a traditional recital. This helps keep the experience enjoyable, age-appropriate, and less overwhelming for them.
Our second show will feature our Company dancers, Junior & Teen recreational classes, and Acro program routines. By dividing the performances, we are also able to keep the overall length of each show more efficient and engaging for both performers and audience members.
This updated format allows each group of dancers to shine while ensuring a smoother, more organized recital experience for everyone involved.
What is Tech Week and when does my dancer attend?
3
Tech Week is an in-studio rehearsal designed to help our staff finalize music, staging, and show flow, while also giving dancers the opportunity to practice performing in front of a group.
Tech Week Schedule:
Monday: Show 1 + Scene 1 of Show 2 + All Solo Compilations
Tuesday: Scene 2 + Scene 3 of Show 2
Dancers only need to attend on the day(s) their routine is scheduled. Please refer to the full schedule to confirm your dancer’s assigned day.
Additional Details:
This rehearsal takes place at the studio (not the theater)
Costumes are not required
Dancers should wear regular dance attire and bring all necessary shoes
Parent Volunteers:
Parents who have signed up to volunteer are asked to attend their assigned scene during Tech Week. This allows volunteers to become familiar with the flow, expectations, and dancer groups prior to recital day.
My dancer is in both shows as a Company member—can I attend both?
4
Yes! Families are welcome to attend both performances.
However, as a courtesy to our younger dancers and their families, we kindly ask Company families to prioritize attending Show 2, which is your dancer’s primary performance.
Each Company family’s included recital tickets will be designated for Show 2.
If you would like to attend Show 1 as well, additional tickets may be purchased (pending availability). We appreciate your consideration in helping ensure seating is available for our Combo and Tiny Tribe families during the earlier show.
What if my dancers are in both shows?
5
If your dancers perform in different shows, you will receive 2 tickets per dancer, per show.
Example:
If you have one child in Show 1 and another in Show 2, you will receive:
2 tickets for Show 1
2 tickets for Show 2
What is a backstage pass? Does it count as a ticket?
6
Each dancer receives 1 backstage pass for a designated adult to assist with drop-off, pick-up, and backstage needs.
Backstage passes:
Do not count as a ticket
Do not allow access to the audience seating area
